Hosting a Dedicated Renegade Server takes a good deal of CPU power and bandwidth. Running the server software on any machine not up to the minimum specifications, or without the appropriate bandwidth will result in very poor performance for your players.
Please ensure that your system meets the following requirements before hosting your own server.

The benefits of this mod are as follows:
1. Several characters have unlimited ammo.
2. These characters can kill anything (aside from buildings) with only a few shots.
3. Combined with the big head mod, you become invincible on Renegade.
4. When you are the host of the game, buildings can be killed with merely two shots,
but this is only the case when YOU ARE THE HOST.
The characters I recommend using are: Havoc, Sakura, Stealth Black Hand, and GDI Soldier.
Also, I've found that the Mammoth tank also has a rate of fire similar to that of a machine gun.
II. USAGE
It is imperitive to the functionality of this mod that you follow these instructions
to the tee.
Step 1:
Launch C&C: Renegade WITHOUT having already put the "objects.ddb" file in your Renegade\Data
directory.
Step 2:
Join a game, and play for a couple minutes.
Step 3:
Leave the game you were in, but DO NOT disconnect from Westwood Online.
Step 4:
Once at the list of available servers, Alt+Tab and place "objects.ddb" directly in your
Renegade\Data directory.
Step 5:
Go back into the game, and join any server of your choice.
Step 6:
Enjoy! YOU ARE NOW A GOD!
III. POSSIBLE BUGS
1. "Zero glitch"
If you find that when you shoot anything, your credits and score reset to 0, then follow these
instructions:
a. Completely exit Renegade, remove the "objects.ddb" file from your
Renegade\Data directory, and resort to section II of this document.
b. If you continue to receive this "zero glitch," follow step a, EXCEPT
DO NOT RESORT BACK TO SECTION II of this document.
Join 2 games, play one all of the way through, then join the next. Once the
second game is about half way over, Alt+Tab and place the "objects.ddb" file
in your Renegade\Data directory. Now you can continue to play this game (but the
effects of the mod will not come into play until the next game you play), or you
can leave and join another game.
Once you join the next game, you should see the effects of the mod quite easily,
as everything will die very quickly if you're one of the previously mentioned
characters.
That's all! You should be able to have some fun with this now!

Mod FAQ for Demo
To activate a mod in Renegade Demo:
1. Download the mod and place it in your Data folder which can be found under your RenegadeMPDemo folder.
2. Open Renegade Demo and go to Multiplayer Demo, then Gamespy, then Host.
3. Under Map Cycle, select the mod you wanted.
4. Once the game finishes loading, quit the game.
5. Join another game and the mod will be activated in all the games in join in!
6. To take the mod off, host another game without the mod and it will be turned off.
FINAL RENEGADE TROUBLE SHOOTER
The Purpose of this troubleshooter file, is to correctly debug the problems some people have when trying to use the object file for the FINAL RENEGADE PACKAGE?
ZERO BUG!
The Zero Bug is when you have 0 Money, each time you repair your credits reset to 0.
This will occur if you have put the File into the Directory too early.
If you Constantly suffer from the ZERO bug do the following.
FIX THE ZERO BUG!
Remove the Object file from your Renegade/Data directory
PLAY ATLEAST 1 GAME in the same server / game channel (without using the objects file) Play the Duration of the game.
When the 2nd Game Starts, Same Server / game channel, get some points, heal some buildings, play as you would normally 10 - 15 min into the game ALT TAB to desktop and add the Object file to your Renegade/data directory
This file must be in the Renegade/data Directory and NOT Renegade/data/objects.
The Object file MUST BE in the Data directory. Similar to when you put the w3d Big head models there.
If you have done this Correctly, when the 3rd Game launches, it will be working.
TESTING
If you’re GDI, Normal GDI units have the FINAL RENEGADE EFFECT. Especially the snipers.
If your GDI, Try either a Stealth Black hand, or a Sakura
NOTES
You will be able to join other games after you have it working in Game #3. You should finish playing the game out, if possible, then decided to quit and join servers. Note you will still see the Server list, However if you restart rene with the objects file still in the data directory, you will not see the Renegade games list.
Once your comfortable with the way it works, you can use it for the 2nd game however I did find it a little buggy, I had GOD like Effects for only the 1st life. This was because I played 1 game and then added the file half way through game #1, If u want this to work, Add it half way through Game #2 & Play @ the same server.

This cheat is by far the most powerfull cheat i have used online, you can destroy a fleet of tanks within seconds,
if you use this Online , its most likely that an in game modertor will be alerted to the fact your killing everyone
and everything in sight, thus you may be banned from certian game channels for using this.
NOTE: Westwood Online and Electronic Arts will not ban you for using this cheat, these cheats are Modifications of
orignal game files, the game was designed to be modifyed thus we see mod maps , skins etc.

There is no way to download bighead or aimbots for renegade. You need to make your own because every single renegade is different.
You ask yourself why this cheat protection? How does it work, cant i bypass it?
Actually you can, but itz way easier and more fun to make your own bigheads. And you wont receive trojans nor viruses, because you dont have to download one single file! Just take the standard head models and make em bigger :) Itz so easy

3. After you stretched the w3d skin, just place it in your data folder with exactly the same name as the file you unmixed. This will replace the ingame file, you dont have to mod your entire game, just this 1 single file
There are many tricks to use the bighead, so if you have to send a screenshot. all seems standard.

3. If you use like to use third person mode, divide the skins into 2 folders, Nod BigHeads and GDI
BigHeads, and copy and paste each side into your Data folder depending on which side you are on.
Remember you have to reload game for the BigHeads to work.
